My view looking straight up. Nice warm & breezy 78 degrees here, with the air so clean--all I can hear is the wind in the trees. And a woodpecker pounding away above me! ... See MoreSee Less

Tonight---Feb 19: Sons of Apollo at The Forge in Joliet, Illinois. This is the last show for a few weeks, then back to much more touring, in many places. I'll post all info here as I get it.
I know I haven't been posting as often as usual while on tour. Things will be getting back to normal soon. Thanks for understanding.
Much love to you all.

My dear friends,
I'm sorry to be the bearer of such sad news. Pat Torpey has been my closest friend in music for over thirty years. He passed away yesterday from complications as a result of Parkinson's disease. Pat was one of the finest human beings I've ever had the privilege of knowing, and the honor of working with.
All of us in Mr Big had nothing but the highest respect and admiration for him. He is loved by anyone and everyone who ever met him. And surely one of the finest rock drummers the world has ever known.
Please keep his sweet wife and wonderful son in your prayers.
I Love You, Pat. You made the world a better place. We will miss you. We will never forget you. Rest In Peace, my brother.
Billy

Here's the "official" Line 6 video about the modeling of my original Pearce pre-amp. I used the Pearce on EVERYTHING ( all records and tours) from 1980 to just a few years ago. It gets beaten badly when traveling so I retired it. That actual unit is now modeled and is included in the Helix software. Glad to have it back!

My Helix preset for the upcoming Sons of Apollo tour. Have the EBS in there---sounds very nice along w everything inside the Helix. Sound is super tight w this set-up. I'm using the low tuned neck of the double-neck mostly ( B E A D), and this is working really well w keeping those super low notes ultra tight w no overhang. ... See MoreSee Less
