Notes: The Veillette company made baritone instruments for many years before they became popular. The first true baritone guitar I saw was a Veillette/Citron played by John Sebastian on an unreleased Talas album recorded in Woodstck, NY at Todd Rundgren's Bearsville studio in 1983. This model guitar is owned and used by many famous guitarists. It's semi-acoustic with a pick-up under the bridge.
